Patient, clear, and kind — that's what seniors tell us most.
“Wow, AMAZING customer service from Brent Clouse. He called me from a list he had for people needing health insurance through HealthCare.gov. We discussed the various options and what would be best for me. I asked him to email me the plans we discussed and he did - No pressure from Brent to purchase right then. He asked me to review and call at my convenience. Brent helped me with this process in a friendly, courteous and professional manner . . . so rare these days. What a joy to work with Brent and Phoenix Health Insurance. I'll definitely be using them in the future.”
“We had questions regarding Original Medicare and Supplemental Plans versus Medicare Advantage Plans. Lynn Marble confirmed we were in the plans best suited for our location and provided a tool for tweaking our Prescription supplement. His knowledge gave us great peace of mind.”
“Stacie has helped us navigate the confusing health options for many years now. We so much appreciate her knowledge, professional and friendly service. Stacie genuinely has our best fit in mind for our coverage and does her homework ahead of our scheduled timeframe. Thank you Stacie & Melonie for caring about how to best serve us :-) Thank you”
“I had a wonderful experience with Lucy. Medicare is difficult to understand. Lucy was very thorough, professional and friendly. She made the process of enrolling and choosing the best supplemental program for me easy. I can't imagine having to make sense of all of this without expert guidance. Call Lucy to help you if you are signing up for Medicare for the first time, or for help at any time. She's best!”
“Hunter is amazing. She is very professional, quick to respond, has excellent attention to detail and really listened to my needs throughout the entire process of getting me health and dental insurance. I threw her a few curveballs and she handled them with agility and brought up issues that I hadn't even thought about. Would highly recommend her for all of your health insurance needs!”
Questions?
Senior Resources FAQ
Where do I apply for Social Security in Phoenix?
You can apply three ways: online at ssa.gov (the easiest for most people), by phone at 1-800-772-1213, or in person at a local Social Security field office. If you'd like, we'll walk you through what to have ready and help you understand how it connects to your Medicare enrollment — at no cost.
How do I coordinate local Arizona senior assistance programs?
Arizona has excellent programs — from the Area Agency on Aging's Senior HELP LINE (602-264-4357) to state aging services and transportation help — but knowing which ones fit you can be confusing. We help you sort through them, see what you qualify for, and connect the pieces so nothing is left on the table.
Does working past 65 alter my senior benefits?
It can. If you keep employer coverage past 65, you may be able to delay Medicare Part B without penalty and enroll later through a Special Enrollment Period. The rules depend on your employer's size and plan, so it's worth a quick, free call to confirm the right move for your situation.
Can a broker help me organize community programs at no cost?
Yes. Our help finding and coordinating public and community resources is completely free — we're never paid by you for it. You get a patient local advisor who explains your options clearly and helps you put a plan together, with zero pressure.
Can you help my aging parent and our whole family?
Absolutely. We work with adult children coordinating care for parents every day. We become a single point of contact for the family, help gather the right paperwork, and make sure your loved one's healthcare, coverage, and protection all work together.
