Meet Troy
Troy has over 10 years of experience as an associate agent under Phoenix Health and Life Insurance, and specializes in Medicare and Individual/Family insurance plans. A University of Minnesota alum, he also operates his own practice, Chevalier Insurance Services, working hand-in-hand with the Phoenix Health team.
Clients come to Troy when the options feel overwhelming — turning 65 and facing the Medicare maze, or shopping the individual market for the first time. He walks through the choices side by side, in plain English, and stays reachable long after the policy is in place.
